Free Cancellation within 24 hours, 10% Cancellation Fee applies thereafter

Please keep in mind that once your move is scheduled, space is reserved with a carrier, and truck routes are determined. As a result, carriers must be compensated for losses resulting from cancellations.

Once your reservation has been booked, we provide a complimentary window of 24 hours to cancel your reservation, free of charge. We kindly request that the cancellation be submitted by Email only to booking@ontrackmove.com

As a courtesy, a credit for your cancellation fee will remain on file and may be applied towards a future move, as long as the move is picked up within twelve (12) months of your initial booking date, and the move is still one that is arranged by OnTrackeMove.
